She had launched. She just didn't know how to talk about it yet.

The expertise was there. The foundation to communicate it was not. Here is what changed.

Hi Reader,

There is a moment I see in almost every founder I work with.

It happens after the launch. After the business cards are printed, the website is live, and the announcement post has gone out. The leap has been taken. And then comes the quieter, harder question that nobody warns you about.

Now how do I actually talk about this?

Not the elevator pitch version or the polished answer you give at a networking event when someone asks what you do and you smile and say something that sounds reasonable but does not quite capture what you have actually built.

The real question. The one that sits with you on a Sunday evening before a big meeting, or before you hit record on a video, or before you walk into a room full of people who do not know you yet.

How do I show up for this business in a way that feels true to who I am and actually makes the right people pay attention?

I have been doing this work for over twenty years. I have built reputations for global brands and I have led communications for some of the biggest names in the world.

And the question I just described is the one I hear most often from the founders I work with privately.

It didn't come from people who lack expertise, but from people who have so much expertise that they have spent years giving it to other people's businesses, other people's brands, other people's visions, and have never quite had the space to build the infrastructure around their own.

Hanadi El Imam was in that exact moment when we started working together.

She had the professional background. She had the vision. She had already taken the leap and launched her business.

What she did not yet have was the foundation that would let all of that actually travel.

Her positioning was not sharp enough to make the right people stop. Her messaging was not consistent enough to hold across every touchpoint. And showing up publicly, on camera, in conversations, in rooms where it mattered, felt uncertain.

She never doubted her work, but at the same time, she had not yet built the reputation infrastructure to stand behind it with full confidence.

That is the gap. And it is one of the most solvable problems I know.

When we started working together, we started building with clarity.

We built her personal brand playbook from the ground up. Her brand story. Her unique value proposition. The key messages that would travel consistently whether she was introducing herself at an event, filming a video, or updating her website.

Her target audience defined with real specificity, not a broad spectrum. Her full communications strategy, content, PR, partnerships, social proof, and networking, all of it working together with intention rather than in isolation.

Here is what Hanadi said about the process:

"I had the pleasure of working with Rana on crafting a brand and communications strategy for my business. We created a personal brand playbook, covering everything needed. Rana's approach is both structured and flexible. She took the time to understand the intricate details of my industry and thoroughly studied the market I wanted to enter. Her framework provided me with peace of mind, knowing I was in capable hands. Thanks to Rana's expertise, we were able to put everything together much faster than I had anticipated."

What I want you to notice in Hanadi's words is not just the outcome. It is the peace of mind.

Because that is what a reputation strategy that is built properly actually gives you. The clarity to articulate your value with confidence. The consistency to show up the same way whether you are in a boardroom, on a podcast, or in someone's Instagram feed. The certainty that what you put out into the world actually reflects what you have built, and who you are.

That is the work. And it is available to you.

The private consultancy is a three-month done-with-you process. We start with an honest assessment of where your reputation stands today, the gaps, the missed opportunities, the proof you are sitting on that is doing nothing while it stays hidden.

From there we build your personal brand playbook and your 90-day communications strategy together. Not a template handed over at the end of a call, but a strategy built entirely around your business, your goals, and the chapter you are actually in.

This is for established founders and business owners who have built something real and are ready for their reputation to reflect that everywhere, not just in the rooms where people already know them.

A small number of spots are opening soon. Here's the application form.

Can't wait to help you show your brilliance to the world most important to you.

The Newsletter, Issue #99September 30th, 2026 Doing something out of FOMO is always a bad idea... but in communications, testing can teach us alot Hi Reader, Tell me honestly if something similar to this happened to you.. A few years ago, I was scrolling through LinkedIn, morning tea in the other hand (yes, I'm a tea drinker), when I saw that an industry conference had announced one of its keynote speakers. I knew the person. I knew their capabilities and their success rates and I was...

The Newsletter, Issue #98September 23rd, 2026 Doing something out of FOMO is always a bad idea... but in communications, testing can teach us alot Hi Reader, About a year ago, I made a decision out of FOMO. Everyone was switching to video, the podcasting scene was shifting, and I didn't want to be left behind. So I started filming episodes instead of just recording them. It wasn't a bad decision on paper. We all know that video is popular, but something quietly broke in the process. It's hard...

The Newsletter, Issue #97September 15th, 2026 You Don't Know What You Don't Know Hi Reader, Last week, I sat down to review a client's last ten posts before our call. I usually look at their social media output in-between our planned focus sessions. What I saw was great, to be honest. The grammar was good, the structure of the caption was solid, and every post was technically correct. But, one thing stood out for me .. I couldn't tell you a single thing about the person who wrote them (I...
